Yes, plan updates that involve increasing the number of m3 are enacted instantaneously restarting the yearly subscription cycle and applying a discount on the unused part of the previous plan. Plan updates that involve decreasing the number of m3 , or plan cancellations, can be requested at any time but will be enacted at the end of the current subscription cycle without refund.
